Idli Battter:250 Gram
Semolina (Rava): 1Tbsp
Salt : According to taste
Green Chiily :3
Kari Leaves :7 to 8
Ginger:1/4 tsp Fine Chopped
Onion: 1 Fine chopped
Mustard Seeds(Rai):1 Tbsp
Oil: 4 Tbsp
Boiled Mashed Potato :2
Red pepper : 1/2 Tsp
Amchur powder : 1/2 Tsp
Chaat Masala: 1/4 tsp
Heat oil in a pan.
Add Rai ,ginger, 2 green chilly, 2 Kari Leaves, coriander 2 tbsp saute it.
Add onion saute it for 2 minutes.
Mix it in idli Batter with semolina and salt.
Stuffing : Mix Potato,rest green chilly,coriander,red pepper,chaat masala,amchur powder,salt.
mix it well.
make small balls of potato mixture.
Heat Appam maker apply oil and spread some rai and kari leaves.
fill half Idli batter then put potato balls and fill other half with idli batter.
pour some oil and roast it medium flame .
turn it with little spoon and spread some oil roast it for 10 minutes.
serve hot with coconut chutney and green chutney.
