All purpose flour (Maida): 2 cup
Semolina (rava) : 1/4 cup
Oil : 1 Tbsp
Oil : for fry
Butter : 1 tsp
Wheat Flour : 1 Tsp
Milk : 1/2 cup
Fine chopped Red,yellow,green Capsicum :1/2 cup
Corn Boil : 1/4 cup
Fine chopped Beans,Carrot :1/4 cup
Fine chopped Onion : 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic green chilly paste: 1 tsp
Orgeno : 1/4 tsp
Chilly flakes : 1/8 tsp
salt : according to taste
Black pepper : 1/8 tsp
Tomato ketchup : 1 Tsp
Sezwan saus : 1 tsp
Recipe : Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger galic green chilly paste saute it.
Add onion and capsicum saute it for 2 minutes.
Add rest vegetables and saute it for 2 minutes.
mix all the saus and herbs salt and switch off the flame.
make white saus heat butter add wheat flour and after 10 second add milk boil it for 20 seconds.
mix this white saus in vegetble mixture.
mix maida and rava oil and salt and make dough with water (not soft).
roll it and cut in two portion remove the round corners.
spread the stuffing and apply water in corners and stick it.
heat oil and fry untill brown serve with green chutney and ketchup.
