Stuff Crunchy Potato Roll

Bread 4 slice
Paneer Stuffing
1 tsp oil
1 tsp butter
150 gram paneer
2 onion fine chopped
2 tomato fine chopped
1tsp chilly saus
1tsp tomato ketchup
salt according to taste
1/2 tsp mix herbs
1/4 tsp chilly flakes

Heat oil and butter add onion fry till brown add tomato fry it add all spices and paneer mix it will off the flame.

Potato Coting
4 boil mash potato
salt
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp orgeno
1/4 tsp chilly flakes
1/2 tsp coriender fine chopped

mix it will

Top Coting
1/4 cup rice flour
1/2 cup Besan
pinch salt
pinch Chat masala
Bread Crumbs
Oil for fry

Reciepe
Apply paneer stuffing in one side of bread then cover it with second slice of bread.
coated with potato mixture dip in besan coating and cover with bread crumbs then fry it in hot oil serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
