Taste: Mild spicy and creamy.
250 gms: Paneer (cottage cheese)
1 Tbsp: Malai (fresh cream)
1/4 Tsp: Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
2 medium Onion chopped
2 medium Tomato chopped
8 Cashew Nuts
1/2 Tsp: Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup : Red Yellow Capsicum
1 Babycorn cut in round shaped
4 to 5 Mint Leaves
1/4 Tsp: Garam Masala Powder
1/8 Tsp: Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp: Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp: Coriander Powder
1 Tsp: finely chopped Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tsp: Sugar
1/4 Tsp: Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
2 Tbsp : Oil
2 Tbsp: Butter
Pinch : Kesar
1/2 Cup : Milk
1//4 Cup : Water
Recipe: Cut paneer into 1.5-inch long and 0.5-inch thick strips or into 0.5-inch thick triangles.
Add these Paneer Cubes in milk and Kesar and marinate it for 15 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in non-stick pan over medium flame. Add Jeera Add chopped onion and sauté until
it turns light brown. It will take approx. 1-2 minutes. Add ginger and garlic Paste, sauté for a minute.
Add Tomato, Cashew Nuts, Mint Leaves.Saute it for 5 Minutes. Switch off the Flame. Grind it in Smooth Paste.
Add Butter in a pan, Add Red yellow Capsicum and ababy corn Saute it. Add Gravy Paste.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt,Sugar stir and sauté for approx 30 seconds.
When mixture starts boiling, Add 1/2 Cup water and bring mixture to a boil.reduce flame to low and add paneer,
garam masala powder and dried fenugreek leaves.Mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Turn off the flame and transfer prepared malai paneer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves fresh cream and serve hot.
Add boiled green peas along with paneer to make yummy malai peas paneer.
Add 1-cup fresh green methi leaves to make delicious and healthy methi malai paneer.
