idli batter : 6 Spoon
Puri (Pani Puri) : 3
On a high flame.bring enough water to boil in an idly steamer.
Grease your silicon moulds lightly.
Mix the batter gently.fill the moulds 1/4 with batter.
Arrange the puri on batter and fill with sambhar
Cover puri with small pieces of puri.
Then pour 1 spoon batter .
When the water begins to bubble and steam up place the moulds in the steamer.
Cover and steam for exactly 10 minutes on high flame/
With the help of a spoon remove them to a plate.
Serve the idli with coconut chutney.
