Healthy Moong Dal Kachori

Yellow Moong dal (soaked 4 hours )1 cup
Water 3 cup
Sauf (fennel) 1/4 tsp
Rai (wray)1/8 tsp
Kari leaves 4
Green chilly 1
Chat masala 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Red pepper (lal mirch) 1/2 tsp
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Amchur powder (1/4 tsp)
Haldi 1/8 tsp
Sugar 1/8 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
For kachori
Maida (all purpose flour) 2 cup
Rawa (semolina) 1/2 cup
Aata (wheat flour) 1/2 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
sugar 1/8 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Oil for frying

dal kachori stuffing

Boil moong dal for 10 minutes in open pan..remove extra oil .
Pour oil in a non stick pan add rai sauf kari leaves green chilly haldi and after 30 seconds add moong dal and roast it for 10 minutes and all herbs roast it for 5 minutes more switch off the flame..
Add all ingredients of kachori and make a smooth dough and rest it for 10 minutes..

Make small balls of dal stuffing and kachori dough. make small chapati and stuff it with dal mixture close it with corners and press it gently .
Fry in hot oil and serve with green chutney, ketchup and chat masala..
