Healthy Appam

2 Cup Besan (Gram Flour)
1 Cup Rava (Semolina)
1/2 Cup Chaval Atta (Rice Flour)
3/4 Cup Water
200 Gram Lauki Shreded (Bitter Gourd)
150 Gram Capsicum Red/Yellow/Green Fine Chopped
150 Gram Onion Fine Chopped
1/4 Tsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilly Paste
Salt According Taste
1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/4 Tsp Chat Masala
Oil 4 Tsp

Appam Mixture

Recipe :
Mix All Flour and Add salt,pepper water.
In a Pan Add 1 tsp oil and add garlic mix paste satay it fo 1 minute.
Add Oinion Capsicum Fry Untill brown.
Then mix it in Batter.
Heat Appam Pan add Little bit oil.
Pour the mixture and cover it.
Steam 5 Minutes then flip it serve with green chutney.
