Delicious Rasmalai only in 30 minutes..


For Kesar Milk
Full fat milk 1 liter
Alum 1 pinch
Corn flour 2 tsp
Lemon yellow colour pinch
Kesar 1 pinch
Elaichi powder 1/4 tsp
Mix dry fruits 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp


kesar milk

Boil milk in non stick pan after 1 boil add alum and continuously stir it.
after reducing half mix corn flour then add yellow colour sugar elaichi powder kesar dry fruits and boil for 5 minutes..

For Rasgulla
Cow milk 1/2 liter
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Warm Water 1/4 cup
Normal water 2 cup
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Maida (all purpose flour) 1tsp
Rawa( semolina) 1 tsp
Yellow colour pinch


Boil milk and switch off the flame after 6 minutes add lemon juice in warm water add it in milk slowly and continuously stir it. Then add normal water and rest it for 20 minutes then remove the extra water ..
Gently press it then add yellow colour baking powder rawa maida and mix it well make small balls ..

rasgulla recipe

Sugar cyrup
Sugar 1.5 cup
Water 3 cup
Rose water 1 tbsp
Water. 1/4 cup
Milk. 1 tsp

soft rasmalai

Mix sugar and water boil it for 5 minutes then add milk and add all round shape rasgullaa cover with lid. boil it for 10 minutes..
After every 3 minutes move the pan and last 10 minute add rose water and normal water and switch off the flame.
When its completely cool down then add it in kesar milk serve with dry fruits.
